Release Your Club's Freedom

FreeG is an expressive and fast growing activity and is a fantastic way for Clubs to retain gymnasts and attract new members. It is an easy and fun activity, involving minimal equipment including safety mats, springboards, coaching blocks and a vault.

Check out this short two minute YouTube clip, to see how easy it is and why your Club should get involved in FreeG!

For more information on how your Club could get involved, check out our FreeG Club Guide available on the FreeG website here. It contains contact details of your State/Territory representative and provides a link to the Marketing Portal where you can order or download FreeG collateral to promote your club within the community.

Clubs delivering FreeG are also listed on the Club Search function, where parents, carers and athletes can easily locate a FreeG club in their area.

Coach education opportunities are also available to assist clubs interested in leading this exciting new activity. Coaches who hold a current and minimum Gymnastics Australia Intermediate Coaching Accreditation in either of the following Gymsports are eligible to attend a FreeG Workshop:

- Acrobatic Gymnastics
- Gymnastics for All
- Men's Artistic Gymnastics
- Tumbling
- Women's Artistic Gymnastic
